Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TommyShark.com and the Groundbreaker and First Bite newsletters and paid subscriptions (the "Service"), provided by Tommy Shark Media LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Tommy Shark," "we," "us"). By subscribing or paying, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We compile and organize information from official government filings and publicly published business listings into weekly lead reports. Free subscribers receive a weekly email with selected leads. Paid subscribers receive the full weekly report, including available contact details.

Accuracy

We work to keep reports accurate and cite where contact details come from, but source records can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Verify information before relying on it. A lead is not a promise of work, a sale or any outcome.

How you may use the data

  • Reports are licensed to you for your own business's prospecting.
  • Do not resell, republish or share reports outside your company.
  • You are responsible for following all laws that apply when you contact anyone, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Do Not Call Registry, and New York law. Do not use the Service to harass anyone.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew monthly and are billed through Stripe until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, email us and we will make it right.
  • Launch and promotional prices are temporary and may end at any time.
  • We may change prices, including for existing subscribers, with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before a change takes effect.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tommy Shark is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
