Subscribers

What we collect: your email address when you subscribe, and basic email engagement (opens and clicks).
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Who processes it: our newsletter platform (beehiiv), our payment processor (Stripe), and our website host.
What we never do: sell or rent your information.
Your choices: unsubscribe with the link in any email, or email us to delete your information.

Businesses in our reports

Our reports contain business information compiled from official government filings and publicly published business listings, such as a company's own website. We include business contact details only, with the source of each detail, and do not include personal home addresses or personal phone numbers.

If your business appears in a report and you would like your contact details corrected or removed from future reports, email hello@tommyshark.com and we will handle it promptly.
